Elior : Visual Scope, pillar of the Group legal documentation

To make Visual Scope the Group’s legal library, a few modifications were made with Equity’s teams, in particular the customization of the menus.
In one year, over 8,000 documents have been added to the solution’s database. For the most part, these are PDF files created by scanning signed documents (Company registration records, etc.). The major advantage of these files is that they are certified copies and can therefore replace the original in many circumstances. By consolidating them in a common library accessible to all, and by classifying them according to varying criteria (in particular by company), each authorized user can access, print, or use them according to their individual needs.
