EQUITY has joined forces with ALTAVEN to offer an automated interface between Visual Scope and Optim'is premium. The aim is to enable group tax consultants to obtain the corporate information they need to establish tax declarations directly from Visual Scope, such as a list of companies, ownership percentages, company identifiers, etc. They are therefore able to focus on the tax scope and are not required to collect and verify information from the various corporate departments involved.
Established in 2007, ALTAVEN acquired the Optim'is software from Business Objects and the IFI Manager solution from Sage. Optim'is premium is the result of converging these two solutions and has become the industry standard in tax optimization. Optim'is premium is today used by 200 major French groups, representing 18,000 companies, 1,800 users and 90% of the companies making up the CAC 40 index.
The FOUCAUD, TCHEKHOFF, POCHET et ASSOCIES law firm has been EQUITY's partner for many years. The firm advises and assists EQUITY on a great number of complex projects, for example the acquisition of activities or partnerships with international clients. Through its network of international correspondents, the firm offers extensive expertise on legal strategy to French and international companies.
FTPA also ensures that modifications to company law are fully transposed, enabling EQUITY solutions to remain up to date and perform according to the legal requirements of their users.
Founded in 1972, FTPA is today one of the oldest independent law firms in France. It comprises 35 lawyers with complementary expertise to cover all legal issues and major areas of corporate law and litigation.
