Once one of our solutions is integrated and in production, EQUITY consultants will occasionally verify that all is running smoothly, especially in the case of software updates or on interfaces with other tools used by group customers.

Our technical support department's mission is to assist customers in their day-to-day use of EQUITY solutions and to offer them the best services possible. Our customer support is provided by experienced technicians who respond to requests for assistance as soon as possible by phone, e-mail or remote maintenance.
